Rain for tree reforestation
Hi!
My great grandparents were long time subscribers to your predictions and I have never found myself in need until this year. I have actually inherited their old home in northeast Missouri and decided to work on reforesting an acre of land. I have planted 300 bald cypress, sweetgum and swamp white oak in an area that often floods in the spring due to poor drainage in the soil. I have found myself fearful of what will happen if we run short on rain this year for any length of time as these are small tree seedlings with small roots and it is not a feasible option to continuously water 300 trees where they are located. Would you expect there to be 1" of rain per week throughout this growing season? I really appreciate your feedback as I am thinking about learning how to do some rain dances :D.
Moving long distance
From June 4-6 wondering what the weather will be like in Missouri to Houston. It’s not fun moving in the rain.
