We do not predict amounts but deviations from the norm/average. So, we are predicting above-normal temps, above-normal precipitation, and near- to below-normal in the St. Louis area. We are predicting above-normal snow west and northwest of St Louis, so if the wind picks up … keep the shovel handy.
