Hello, the Portland, PA.Event Committee would like to hold its 3rd Lights Of Hope event on Aug. 17, 2019. Lights Of Hope is to raise awareness and offer hope and help to our addicts and their loved ones. We are planning a river clean up and a canoe vigil at dusk. The success of this depends heavily on the weather. Please tell me the 10 days leading up to this is going to be beautiful. Thanking you in advance for your forecast.
