Weather in South West Wisconsin

What will the weather be like on July 21, 2019. I am having a celebration of life for my deceased husband.
Plain Wisconsin.

Amazingly accurate

I'm amazed at how well you have predicted our area (Minnesota). We're now heading into the hot time as you predicted. It looks to be a long stretch according to Wunderground, etc., weather sites. We'll see. I don't do well in hot weather so am hoping for cooler. Thanks for doing such great work.
