Snow

I am with you. I love seeing the snow.

Hoping for snow this winter.

I love snow. I live in Chattanooga and in my neighborhood we didn't even get a dusting last winter. I would love to see a few good snows this winter.

TN Winters

Yes, Good 'Ol Paul Barys keeps saying we are due for a good snow. He has been saying this off and on for a few years and still no good snow falls. I want to say about 5-6 years ago was our last decent snow. The only problem that I had with that was the next morning by 11am it was all gone. I came home from work and after I seen the weather was going to warm up in the wee morning hours. I decided at midnight to let my kids go outside and enjoy it since it was going to melt away before the sun came up. We enjoyed playing in the snow in Hixson until around 2-3am. This was our last decent snow fall that I can remember. I measured 7.5 inches on the car with this snow event. I now live in Ringgold and last winter was not really a winter at all. Maybe one of these days we will get a good snow fall again but I do not think it will be within the next 2 years by looking at the weather patterns. This summer was not a very hot summer at all. I do not recall any days over 100. We did have some high 90's but nothing like we have seen in the past.

As a transplanted Floridian

As a transplanted Floridian of almost 40 yrs., I like seeing snow too - in Budweiser commercials and on Hallmark Christmas cards lol. Sleepless night on the Eastern side of Gordon, but as usual, OFA called this "tropical storm" fairly accurately - it came ashore on the evening of the 4th but we are still feeling it on the morning of Sept. 5th.

Snow

I was born in August but love, love, love the snow! I can't wait every year until we have our first snow. I always want more and can drive in it, even on black ice! I never get enough snow for my wishes! Everyone in KY/TN thinks I am crazy, except for one friend that also loves snow! I love fall also but this summer has been way too hot for me! I am so excited for the cooler months to be here! YEAH!

Love the Snow

I too really enjoy the snow, always hoping we’ll see lots in the winter ( hate the heat , too much humidity for me ). Love winters and wish ours in the south would last longer, or at least have a
fall !!!

we will this year

Were getting a fall this year in the Chattanooga area. Starts October 16 through at least halloween. Which should mean a colder than average january

Snow

Grew up in Clarksville, TN. How I would love to have a snowy winter like we seemed to have every year in the 60s. Waking to snow on Christmas is the most beautiful feeling ever!

snow

me too

I’m from a “ winter wonderland” but moved to Alabama. We get a lil bit each year but I could 100 feet every winter and I wold want more. A LOT MORE! Can’t get enuf snow EVER!!!! So think again Amy Turner! Lol
