You can look on page 206 in the 2019 Old Farmer’s Almanac or click on region 1 here: https://www.almanac.com/weather/longrange See Region one; it encompasses northern Vermont. We are predicting a period of thunderstorms and increasingly cooler weather for August 19 to 22, coming off a sunny, hot spell.
