St. Patrick's Day Wedding Weather Prediction

Your Wedding Day

Rain or shine, it will be one of the most beautiful days of your life -- Best Wishes

Congratulations

You picked a great day! It was lovely out yesterday.

St. Patrick’s Day

Hi. FYI, Patty is a female nickname and also a form of food as in beef patty. It’s not really appropriate. Pat, Paddy, Patrick are the correct English male names that can be used for the Saint’s day. The Irish for Patrick is Pádraig or Pádraic, pro.: ParrRig or PorrRig. Paddy is an anglicized pronunciation of Pádraig & gave way to ‘Paddy’ as a diminutive. It has been used as a pejorative term for Irishmen as in “...those Paddys...”, or as in “Paddy Wagon” or as in the song refrain: “Paddy-whack, give a dog a bone.” .
A way to say “Happy St. Patrick’s Day to you” in the Irish language, called Gaelic or Gaelige is: “Lá Féile Pádraig Sona”. It’s pro.: lah fayLa Porrig SoNah g’witch. All the best. Slán.
