Re: Syracuse location

The Syracuse dot really isn't that far off at all. The city's only a county and a half south of the easternmost end of Lake Ontario. It's the Buffalo dot that looks a little off to me, but that's pretty close, too.

Thanks, This has come to our attention.

Weather in February 2019, Waukesha, WI

does anyone know the weather predictions, snow and temp, for 2/16/19? for Waukesha, WI.

Feb 16

The average temp for the month is predicted to be 32, 5 degrees above average, but the period the period Feb 16 to 19 is predicted to have snow showers and be cold (it could be colder than 32; that’s just the predicted average for the month).

January 3-5, 2019

What are the chances of snow or ice on January 3-5, 2019?

@tabitha, january weather

@Tabitha Pitney, considering it's smack dab in the middle of winter, I would say the chances are almost exactly the same as every year. No one can predict that with enough accuracy for it to be helpful, so either be prepared or travel in July.

Jan 3 to 5

Very good! We are predicting lake snow and cold on January 1 to 6.

outdoor wedding

Planning to have wedding ceremony outside November 11th 2018 in oak park Illinois any idea on weather forecast??

@Donna Musillami, wedding weather

@Donna Musillami, the chances are 50% that the weather will be below average in temperature and 50% that the weather will be above average in temperature. No one can predict the weather that far off with that precision in a way that would be helpful. An outdoor event, in November, near the Great Lakes? What could go wrong?

The best you can do is 1) look at average weather for that city for the last few years and take your chances--and remember you took a chance if it is snowy, rainy, windy, or sunny--, or 2) have the event indoors where the roof and climate control eliminate that risk. I hope this helps but c'mon be realistic. No one can predict what you want any more than you can predict how well someone will sleep on a particular night three months from now.
