May 5, 2018 Outdoor Wedding, Valparaiso, Indiana
Our daughter is having an Outdoor Wedding May 5, 2018 in Valparaiso, Indiana. It would ease my mind greatly if I had an idea of the weather for that day. Can you tell me please? Thank you very much!
Weather
Can you tell me what the prediction is for August 18, 2018? Or where I can find that prediction?
spring 2019
when does the calendar come out for 2019? We are planning on having our wedding Spring 2019 in the Detroit, Michigan metro area.
Wedding
My daughter is having an outdoor wedding September 15, 2018 in Crete IL. What can you tell me about the weather that week?
Wedding weather
In the days preceding September 15, we are forecasting “Scattered t-storms, cool.” From September 15 to 22, we are predicting “Showers, warm.” Best wishes (and weather)!
Storms
Do you think Illinois will have such severe storms like previous years in the spring and fall of 2018 ? I live closer to Chicago I see the chart says dryer then normal
severe storms?
You are correct in that we are predicting a slightly drier thank normal spring and a drier than normal summer. However, it is not out of the question that a storm might occur that would bring a severe storm with heavy precipitation…that could still result in below-normal precip for the period.
Weather
My fiance and I are deciding when to have our wedding reception, which will be outside either on either Saturday July 21st or July 28th in Indianapolis, IN. We have been together for 4 years and are very excited for this. Any information would be very helpful in trying to pick between these two dates!
Thanks!
Wedding Reception
I live within an hour of Indy. We had an outdoor wedding/reception in August of 2012. That year we were setting major records for heat and droughts. Thought we'd be safe, but ended up with torrential downpours all day! Thankfully our venue had an indoor dining hall. My advice would be to secure a location that has indoor facilities...just in case! Best wishes for warm, dry weather on your big day!
wedding weather?
Our forecast calls for “A few t-storms, warm” from July 13 to 25, and “sunny, turning hot” for July 26 to 31. Even if thunder(“t”)storms are not forecast, we recommend renting a tent or, as the other commenter suggests via her experience, having access to a covered area. Best wishes (and weather)!
