Galveston Tx beach weather Feb 17-21

It's worth a shot - I am planning a beach photoshoot in Galveston,Tx. The photographer will only be in town from Feb 17-21 2020. I am looking at monthly forecasts nonstop and it went from sunny with chances of rain, to all rain, to one day being sunny, back to a rain out all week. Houston has been pretty wet this February and I am curious if I should not chance it? This photographer is quite pricey and I will not be able to get a refund. What are your thoughts? I also think Galveston Mardi Gras is around this time too. Thanks!
