Umm

I think y'all might'a missed the forecast for the past week. Here in Dallas, and elsewhere throughout Texas and Oklahoma, it's been on the cold side, not that I'm complaining. Far from it. It's so nice for once.

Frost

When will the first frost occur in Central OK? When can bulbs be planted?

Spring bulbs should be planted a few weeks before the ground freezes, to allow the bulbs time to put out roots. If you’re in an area where the ground doesn’t typically freeze, early November is a good time to plant most spring bulbs. Otherwise, sometime between late September and late October would be ideal.
