March

What is the outlook for March going to be? I live in Adams County Ohio. We haven't much snow , but a lot of rain.

We haven't had arctic air or Snow all this winter.

this has been very interesting and strange winter here in northern kentucky we haven't had a big snowstorm since december 16th and we have been snowless since then yesterday's snow totals were 0.7 but that doesn't make up the totals for the mild weather we had this winter has been similar to 2011-12 and 2016-17 which also had milder winters and less snow as well.

So tired of up and down

So tired of up and down weather. What is average for April because the advance weather forecast looks beautiful and this says below normal I'd hate to know what bad us
