My wedding is on New Years Eve. We are praying that the weather is nice enough to have the ceremony outside. Is there a prediction for extremely cold/rainy weather for this date?

In Houston, it’s 90 and above all of August. Sometimes it goes past 100, but not often. If it gets down to 85 - 90, we’re lucky or it’s raining.
