Prediction of Rain for Planning an Aviation Career Day Event

The main attraction for Aviation Career Day was rained out this year on March 2, 2019. I'm trying to plan the event date for next year here on St. Simons Island, Georgia. Are there predictions/publications that detail times with the most/least probability of rain historically?
I'm trying to pick a weekend to schedule next years event. I'm considering February 29th, March 7th or March 14? Which is the least likely to rain? Thank you so much for any suggestions or information to help me decide. I sure hate for the event to be rained out 2 years in a row.

Precipitation

Scientists admit there is geoengineering underway to try and cool the planet - everything from injecting sea water in the atmosphere to spraying reflective metal and sulfate particles at high altitude to reflect the sunlight. If any of the precipitation numbers are off it is probably because Farmer's Almanac uses natural measurements and good old fashioned ways of predicting, not all this crazy weather manipulation that clearly is creating weather atrocities all over the country. Record snowfall, mudslides, flooding, storms... There have been summer caliber thunderstorms in the Southeast this winter. That's very unusual. Our weather has been modified.
