Daylight wasting time

Children at a cold, dark bus stop, is not my idea of safe or smart. The economic impact on businesses and commerce in general, is made more detrimental when some state does not adhere to the time changes, others do, in addition to the established continental and world time differences. All of these factors would make the elimination of the confusing practice a “no brainer”. Thank you.
