Snowfall will be above normal, with the snowiest periods in mid-November, early to mid- and late December, January, and early February. April and May will be cooler than normal, with precipitation above normal in the north and below normal in the south. Summer will be warmer than normal, with rainfall above normal in the north and below normal in the south. The hottest periods will be in mid-June, early and mid-July, and early August. Watch for a tropical storm threat in mid- to late July. September and October will be warmer and rainier than normal, with a tropical storm threat in late September.

WINTER

I HAVE NO USE FOR WINTER I ENJOY THE SUMMER BY FAR ALL YEAR LONG. IN THE WINTER YOU HAVE TO HAVE SO MUCH CLOTHING ON AND IN THE SUMMER FEELS MORE COMFORTABLE IN SHORTS AND T SHIRTS. I THINK WINTER SHOULD BE OUTLAW ( YUCK )
