Here in Asheville the temperatures are shown to be above normal inJanuary and they were terribly cold with a week or two around zero and even dipping below..The last two weeks in Februrary have been frightenigly warm up in the 60s and even hit 70 and you show below normal..Everything is blooming which is not good for the first day in March as we still will have frosts. but so far you have Not hit the mark at all.(and we are soggy with so much rain,...thats not right either.)
