Winter temperatures will be above normal, on average, with the coldest periods in mid- and late December and throughout January. Precipitation will be above normal in the north and below normal in the south. Snowfall generally will be below normal, with the best chance for snow in early January. April and May will be a bit cooler than normal, with above-normal rainfall. Summer will be cooler and drier than normal, with the hottest period in mid-July. Watch for a hurricane threat in early August and a tropical storm threat in mid-August. September and October will be cooler than normal, with near-normal precipitation. Expect a tropical storm threat in early to mid-September.

Snow
Prospects for snow in Pittsboro, Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Durham NC don't look very good but I am praying. Sorry if you hate it but we pay big with pests like ticks when we don't get enough frozen weather. Praying for a beautiful, big, gorgeous snow this winter 20-21. We could use the cheer it brings to children!
Palmetto State Needs A White Christmas! ☃️
I live in Ruffin SC and the last snow day we had was in January of 2018. It was so pretty! We need some happiness in 2020! Come on Snow!! We are waiting! ❄️☃️

We are do for a snow storm but we probably won't see any snow in the new year because we live in ga the last snow storm we got was in 1988 I remember that was a blazer

My daughters 1st birthday
My daughter turns 1 on November 8, 2020. It's so hard planning something and not knowing the weather. Her party will most likely be November 7th. We were wanting to do something at the park but there are only outdoor shelters. Something around 2p. To 4PM any ideas on weather or alternate ideas due to cold weather?
