Early bloomers like Crocus
We have so much snow here by Little Falls MN and in addition have it banked around the house for insulation. I'm concerned though about the early blooming bulbs, like crocus, that I planned last Fall, both with not being able to get through 4' of snow and that if it begins melting from within, they could rot.
When should we consider scooping most of that snow coverage off of the flower beds?
Wedding Outside, June or September or October??
Getting married this year on Lake superior in MN, I love the fall colors so was thinking September or October., how ever I don't want to be too Cold or get rained on.
What are the Best weather predictions for the fall of 2019, or even June 2019. I'm not picky about a date, (small wedding) just want the day to be beautiful outside.

I remember in the 1970s I could wear my spring dress for Easter and looking for eggs in the backyard! It seems like lately in Wisconsin it’s cold, and snowy now for Easter! What a bummer!!!

20 yrs ago I came to this beautiful , remote berg of Grand Marais , MI . Jutted out on the shore of Lake Superior , WE catch our share of lake affect precip , and WIND ! The emphasis on the latter ! Winters here are Unpredictable , though your efforts are in the ballpark , for the most part ... WE THANK YOU , for your continued efforts , persueing the OLD WAYS !
