What is expected 3/30/2019 in Carmel, CA ? For outdoor wedding?

Wedding

Thoughts on weather for a wedding October 5, 2019 later afternoon in southern CA

Sunny

It will be sunny with scattered clouds. High of 72F.

October- my favorite month of

October- my favorite month of the year. ..most likely warm and dry in the day and slightly cooler night, but not cold. Quite possibly Santa Ana winds and brush fires in the foothills.

This October (2018), however, has been incredibly uncharacteristic with two freak rain storms thus far.. no complaints here, though. I love heavy rain and lightening storms!

Weather in Laguna CA - April 6th 2019??

Having a wedding in Laguna Ca April 6th 2019. WEATHER??? Later afternoon into the evening outdoors.

Laguna

Ya never know, April can be iffy in So Cal, even along the coastline. Though less chance of rain at the beach than if you were to get married further inland, I think.

Please lend your expertise

Can you help predict the weather forecast, especially for precipitation, in California's Capay Valley in late April/May 2019? Another outdoor wedding.

April 6 2019

Having an outdoor wedding April 6th. What is the weather forecast? Please please please tell me dry!

Rainfall in April

Well, the old saying "April showers bring May flowers" is not so true for Northern California. I suggest you check online for the history of April rainfall, specifically in the North Bay but I wouldn't be at all surprised if you learn it's less than an inch. Having said all that if it turns out that 2019 is a rainy year it's pretty much stopped all together by April. Also, we're in the 5th year of a pretty bad drought. Great for outdoor weddings bad for farmers and ranchers. Especially when one considers the fact that California's agriculture feeds one quarter of the world's population!
I think you'll be fine. But in case it does turn out that it's going to rain the slightest amount for a very short time on the most important day of your life make sure you have plenty of tarps, stakes and rope/lines to rig up tents for you guests and food. Congratulations and the best of luck!

Rainfall in April revised response

Oh, for heavens sake LOL, I didn't realize it's in Pasadena! Sorry I went on and on about No Cal. Well, your guess is as good as mine re Pasadena. But I bet if you ask God to not let it rain that day, he'll be cool about it and not let it rain. But in case it does, I stand by my suggestion that you have make sure your wedding planner sets up enough tents. They can actually be very lovely if done right. Best of Luck!
