Cheesy and delicious, American Chop Suey is an easy way to get dinner on the table in a flash! Everyone (even your pickiest child) will appreciate this quick, homestyle meal.

Ingredients
1 pound ground burger (beef, turkey, venison)
3 cups water
4 ounces pasta noodles
26 ounce jar spaghetti sauce (or your own homemade version)
1-2 cups shredded or cubed cheese (any variety)
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Brown meat in large skillet. Add water and macaroni, bring to a boil and cover until macaroni is cooked. Add spaghetti sauce and cheese. Cover and warm until cheese melts. Season to taste. Ready in about 20 minutes, start to finish.
