Florentine Spinach Dip

This spinach dip won first prize in The 2015 Old Farmer’s Almanac Recipe Contest! Congratulations to winner Crystal Schlueter from Northglenn, Colorado.


16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1 box (10 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1?2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
1?4 cup diced sun-dried tomatoes
2 cups shredded Italian-blend cheese
1?2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1?4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 dash hot sauce


Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until combined. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
