Annual Weather Summary: November 2011 to October 2012

Winter will be drier than normal, with above-normal temperatures, on average. The coldest periods will occur in early and middle periods of December, January, and February. Snowfall will be above normal in the north and near to below normal elsewhere, with the snowiest periods in early November, early and mid-December, and early March.

April and May will be cooler and wetter than normal, with several periods of wet snow in mid-April.

Summer temperatures will be cooler than normal, with near-normal rainfall. The hottest periods will be in early and mid-July and mid-August.

September will be warmer and wetter than normal. October will be cooler and drier.
