Snowfall will be above normal in most areas that normally receive snow, with the snowiest periods in late November, early December, and early January. April and May will be slightly warmer than normal, with near-normal rainfall. Summer will be hotter than normal, with below-normal rainfall. The hottest periods will occur in mid-June, through much of July, and in mid-August. September and October will be warmer than normal, with near-normal precipitation.
