Christmas Snow for Frederick Md??

December 24-27th says Snowy periods north, rain south. What exactly does this mean for Frederick Maryland? Could really use a white Christmas this year!

NC already had snow

It snowed on 12/9/18 and last year on 12/9/17. But this time around we got almost a foot.
