Rainfall will be above normal in the north and near normal in the south, with the best chance for snowfall in mid- and late December across the north. April and May will be warmer and rainier than normal. Summer will be cooler and rainier than normal, with the hottest periods in mid-June, mid-July, and early August. Watch for a hurricane threat in early September. Overall, September and October will be slightly cooler and drier than normal.

Nov. 1st: Warm and rainy in Knoxville, a cold front coming through. Nov. 2nd: Cloudy and cooler, temps in the upper 50's. Nov. 3rd: Clear and sunny, around 60 degrees. Nov. 4th: Partly cloudy and a high of 64 degrees. Nov. 5th: Partly cloudy with a high of 66 degrees. Nov. 6th: Heavy rain and a squall line in the morning, becoming clear later, warm. Nov. 7th: Warm and sunny, with a cold front coming through. Nov. 8th: Rainy with a high of 57 degrees. Nov. 9th: Rainy with a high of 54 degrees. Nov. 10th: Cold front the night before bring freezing temps, with the high climbing only to 45 degrees, otherwise sunny. Wednesday November 14 ... we woke up to snow fall .... earliest I ever remembered... persimmon seed had all spoons... well it be a bad winter?
