Winter will be warmer than normal, with above-normal precipitation and near- to below-normal snowfall. The coldest periods will be in mid- and late December, early and late January, and early and mid-February. The snowiest periods will be in mid-December, early January, and early February. April and May will be cooler and drier than normal. Summer will be cooler than normal, with the hottest periods in early and late June, early July, and early August. Rainfall will be below normal in the north and above normal in the south. September and October will be drier than normal, with near-normal temperatures.
