Annual Weather Summary: November 2018 to October 2019
Winter will be much warmer and slightly drier than normal, with below-normal snowfall. The coldest periods will be in mid-December, mid- and late January and mid- to late February. The best chances for snow will be in early to mid-December and mid-March. April and May will be warmer and rainier than normal. Summer will be cooler and rainier than normal, with the hottest periods in mid- to late May, early and late July, and mid-August. September and October will be drier than normal, with near-normal temperatures.
