PAINFUL HOT SUMMER

I am ready for Fall and Winter. Let it snow storm 6 feet deep!! I hate the summer months, besides the Hurricanes it stinks. Bring on the cold.

RETIRED AND LOVING IT

It has been my first year of retirement and I am loving it. We had such a mild winter I was able to get so much accomplished outside. It has been really great. The higher temps have slowed me down a little but no complaints. I certainly hope we have a mild winter again and the virus goes away. So sad to see everyone on pins and needles trying to guess what to do. I guess we will see not much we can do about it but wait it out. Already planning next years gardens can't wait.

Im loving this summer

So even tho most of us are on lockdown I am enjoying this hot weather in my backyard in my pool.

WAY TOO HOT

Welcome to summer on the East Coast! I've lived through hotter summers, for sure. But this summer, without A/C, is kicking me in the you know what. No Rain, just "pop-ups" -- very humid. I'm thinking about retiring some place with mild summers, like Seattle!

Awful Summer

The NE is really experiencing hot and humid temps this year...damaging sun rays, parched lawns, very little rain and uncomfortable folks! Autumn can’t get here fast enough.

Too hot!

Just want to say that I was looking forward to a reduction in energy bills, but here came the 2ndf half of June and hot as blazes with high humidity. Now with July underway, I see the long term forecast is more of the same. This is killer, and there goes any hope of lower energy bills! :/ Not good, can't wait for fall.

Alright so far.

Records around 6 inches of snow this winter, half of that was in November. 1.4 in December. 0.5 in Feb and 1 inch in m March. May comes around and more snow accumulated in 2 hours than all of January. The temperature was the same cool 40s and 50s for almost 6 months (Nov into May). Bam, 3 days after flurries its constantly in the 70s. Now 80s and 90s. I want to make this clear, predicting the weather for a year is incredibly difficult. 3 days out is the furthest the EEuro model will take you with pin point accuracy. If the farmers Almanac gets it wrong you cannot blame them. Also read the graphs alongside the text. Stay Safe everyone!

Winter 2019-2020

I'm so glad we had a milder winter. I have a furnace that is on it's last legs. No money to replace it last year. I turned the heat down and had windows open.
It's the end of June and we're in the thick of hot and humid. Ugh.

WHERE'S THE SNOW??

What a let down. The winter of DC has given us a total of 0.2" of snow. Please tell me we are getting good snow this year. PLEASE.

Crazy year

NO measurable snow accumulations ALL winter season long! Zip, Zilch, Nada. May 9, 2020 look out my window to some serious SNOW SQUALLS!

Between the crazy weather, the CoVid pandemic and the locusts overseas, the world feels broken!
