Weather

I absolutely love reading the weather predictions from the farmer’s almanac! More times than not it is correct!!

Farmers Almanac online

I really enjoy the online version of the Farmers Almanac. I especially enjoy the recipes and gardening articles.

May-June Richardson Tx

Forecast not even close. Supremely hot and very little rain.

Farmer's Almanac Hit the Mark

Pretty much on the mark; two snows during the winter and cooler than normal winter. Temperatures were a little hotter in June until the first actual day of summer June 21st, high in Houston area only 86 degrees and rain picked up. Expecting heavy t"storms July3-4 in Houston Galveston area, pretty much on target. Not looking forward to hurricane threat end of August.

Missed it

SW Oklahoma was warmer and dryer this year, from winter to now. Sorry Farmers, but you missed it.

Nailed it!

Pretty much spot on for S.Texas Houston metroplex area so far for the year! (4th of July week) TWO snows for us this past winter, which is completely unheard of for us! Cooler and wetter in April and May, SUPER HOT right now, looks like that’s falling in line with your prediction, so guess we will wait and see for hurricane threat in late August and TS in early Sept., Definitely wanted some better news for October though, I get so tired of hot Halloween, maybe I’ll get lucky and it will be wrong about that one!

Forecasted temps

Not sure how a forecasted temp of 78-80 degrees is considered “normal” for an area which temps generally run 90’s and above from May through August…

Not accurate for 2018 for sure

Think this forecast is incorrect for north Texas. Had an over abundance of rain in February and the rest of the time we've been below average for rainfall. Maybe the precipitation and temperature graph bars needs to be flipped the other direction for above normal temps and below normal rainfall...

Wrong Precipitation by a lot for February 2018

We had so much rain in February - normal is 3", we had 9" in Denton, Texas. Other than that, I was told that El Nino will be predominant from August on, so we expect more rail to come our way.

Wedding

Hello, I was wondering if I could get an estimate on the forecast in Southwestern Oklahoma on October 20, 2018. I am planning an outdoor wedding and I want to plan for everything... but I am on a tight budget so if I could get a better educated guess than a "maybe" I would greatly appreciated it. Maybe a percentage as of right now the likelihood of us getting any precipitation?

Thank you for your time and assistance; I look forward to hearing from you.
