Winter will be snowier than normal in most locations, with above-normal precipitation and slightly below-normal temperatures. The coldest periods will be from late December into the first half of January and in late January and early and mid-February, with the snowiest periods in early December, late February, and mid-March. April and May will be rainier and slightly cooler than normal. Summer will be slightly drier than normal, with near-normal temperatures. The hottest periods will be in late June and mid-August. September and October will be cooler than normal, with precipitation above normal east and below normal west.
