long-range forecast

I cannot see how you could accurately say hiw the weather will be like months in advance. Most meteologists are hesitant to say with certainty how the weather will be like months in advance. At any rate, I'm not wearing a winter coat, anymore, in March, much less if February is abnormally cold.

We WANT to, but don't want to have an empty hole for more five or more years either. With that, what is your precipitation prediction for NE Kansas for 2020-2023? Thank you!
