I am being disturbed about the spider veins on my hands. What can i do about it?
Prominent veins in your hands is usually a normal sign of age and genetics. As you get older, your skin gets thinner and loses elasticity, making your veins more visible. The situation is worse in hot weather so keep your body cool and regular the temperature. In most cases, treatment of hand veins has to do with cosmetics rather than a serious health issue. There are medical therapies such as sclerotherapy which causes these small veins to disappear. But you'll want to meet with your doctor to discuss and ensure it's nothing serious (rare).
Try looking at *copper* for healthy veins. It is part of the minerals family. It is not a vitamin. Search online for "vitamins and minerals for healthy veins" or something like that. You might try "*colloidal minerals" which might be digested better. (*Read reviews on Amazon before settling on a brand). My legs used to hurt, I was a nurse who stood long hours then I found out about copper. My legs don't hurt any more. I would use other vitamins and minerals as well to help round out a copper deficiency as most work "synergistically" (working better together) and besides, most of us need supplementation if we are not eating "whole foods". Do your research (and read reviews). God bless.
Heather, My husband has veins in his ankles that burst and bleed massively. We never know when it will occur and is quite a mess. He has mentioned this to his doctor with no suggestions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Heather, it's interesting to know that age and genetics are some of the main factors why people develop varicose veins. My wife was developed some of these in her legs over the past year, and she has become very insecure about it. Perhaps we should talk about her having a varicose vein treatment so she can go back to wearing shorts and skirts like before. Thanks for this!
So, let me see. . . both walking and sedentary lifestyle cause them?
A very informative post..!
spider remedes were in body or leg and any ather side it work better
Please let me know when veins, moles and body hair become the new standards of beauty and I can then make my debut in society.
Wait...they're out of style?!? In my house, we call moles 'beauty marks'. It just sounds better.
