Print Friendly and PDF
Green stains on porcelain fixtures come from copper water pipes. Remove the stains by combining a nonabrasive cleanser like Bon Ami with cream of tartar (equal parts) and adding hydrogen peroxide to make a thick paste. Cover the stain with the mixture, let set for about half an hour, then rinse off.
