I have ink stains on my jeans. They have been there since time began. Is there any way of removing them without discoloring the jeans?

Ballpoint ink stains on fabric will often yield to aerosol hair spray. After spraying, blot the surface of the fabric and repeat if necessary. Nail polish remover also eradicates ink stains. We can’t guarantee 100 percent success with such old stains, however.
