Try aiming your hair dryer at the old glue to warm it up. That should loosen it a bit. Then bathe the area with warm vinegar and gently scrape the glue away. Rubbing alcohol might achieve the same effect. If all that fails, ask at your hardware store for the correct removal product to use on fiberglass.
