Specialty varieties of peace lilies are not very easy to come by in most garden centers, though they have been growing in popularity. You may have more success ordering them from an online source.
- Spathiphyllum wallisii is a smaller peace lily, reaching only 12 inches tall.
- ‘Petite’ is smaller still, at approximately 8–10 inches.
- ‘Sensation’ is the largest variety available, capable of growing up to 4–6 feet in height and width.
- ‘Domino’, is a medium-sized variety with attractively variegated leaves.
- ‘Mojo Lime’, which has lime-green foliage, is another medium-sized peace lily.

My peace lily seems to have tiny flies in the soil. How can I eliminate them without harming my plant.
These flies come out of the soil when I water it.
I bought a peace lily from masters and ever since I have had it it gets brown patches on the tips of the leaves. The white flower has all it's edges brown. Why is this happening and how can I make the leaves look green again and what kind of fertilizer or liquid fertilizer do I fertilize with?
The Peace Lily is native to a tropical environment so it's leaves may turn brown when it is in a setting without enough humidity (such as an air-conditioned or heated office). It is OK to trim the brown tips off and won't hurt your Peace Lily. Keep the soil moist and give them a daily misting to get its leaves wet. It doesn't need extra food in the winter when it's dormant.
I've killed my mom's peace lilly from her funeral. We didn't realized that it needed indirect light and put it in the bay window. Now it's all droopy and leaves are turned. Can I cut it all the way off at the stalks? How long would it take to come back? I've moved it and still keep it watered once a week.
I recieved a peace lily after my mothers memorial in september...its still in the flower pot it came in from the flower shop...should the Peace Lily be repotted???
I received a a big peace lily after I grandmothers funeral... At the time it had a beautiful big white bloom on it that has since died... I have had a few leaves die off but still overall green and beautiful... My question is my plant is only blooming little flowers now and they aren't getting much bigger than a quarter before firing off... Is this normal?? How do I get the big beautiful flower again??

We know that the pollen can be toxic to cats if they lick it off their fur. It can also cause allergies in humans.
