How to Properly Display the American Flag

Our flag display is not lit. Can a flag be lowered at sunset, and left attached to be raised the next morning.
I've recently traced my heritage back to Nigeria. Would it be considered disrespect to display a Nigerian flag next to a US flag in my office?
I'm the "flag girl" at work. All that means is we have two flag poles outside our shop and I raise and lower the flags. One pole has the company flag and and open flag below it. The other pole flies Old Glory by herself. Is it proper to fly the Thin blue flag below Old Glory? The thin blue flag is also smaller than our Old Glory. Thank you for any input.
Dawn
Hi, Dawn: What you describe is OK to do, as long as the Old Glory pole is to the left as you face the building. This being said, the Thin Blue Line flag—although certainly widespread and for a very worthy purpose—is generally considered to not be in good taste, as it is a modification of Old Glory's original design. However, by definition this makes it "flag art," so it is technically OK to fly because it is protected under Freedom of Speech. Thanks for asking and for being the "flag girl"!
May the US flag be flown on the same stsff as a flag promoting " Trump 2020" ?
I have always been told that the only flag to have an eagle on top is the American flag, and only when indoors, when outdoors and carried in a parade it should be a normal pike. Is this correct? is there a flag manual somewhere that I can download and read?
Thanks

Hi, Jo: No, it is technically not proper to do this. Thanks for being so patriotic to ask!
