Some parts of Canada still change their clocks on the same schedule as the United States. However, provinces and territories set their own time rules, and several of them stopped changing clocks in 2026.

I would prefer to end the time change. I believe we would all adapt to either time as long as it was consistent. God altars the length of the day and night. We can adapt and make preparations knowing what to expect typically. I don't like changing 15 clocks, or trying to figure out which clock is correct when my "smart clocks" already changed. Lol. I just think it's time to end it and move on. Quit waiting the thousands of dollars debating it and put an end to it all ready one way or another. Thanks.
I hate dst. Waking up those first few mornings are absolutely awful and them it stays so bright so late into the evenings in summer that I have a lot of difficulty falling asleep. Then toward the end of it having to wake up before dawn?? Booooo! Super depressing. I love it when standard time comes back each year. It’s sunny before I leave the house and dark at night so I can sleep.
I like the long evenings of daylight, the mornings are ment for sleep. Children shouldn't go to school before daylight and have plenty of time in the evenings to do homework. I don't like the dark early evenings. LETS STOP DST, AND GET BACK TO (GODS LIGHT TIME) LET THE SUN RISE, WHEN IT RISES, AND THE SUN SET, WHEN IT SETS. GIVE US EVENING LIGHT
I thought that if we did away with daylight saving time that it would be dark at 8:15 instead of 9:15 in the summer. I’d rather have the extra hour of sunlight in the evening. That’s what I always thought.
I despise changing clocks. I wish we were all not doing it. Thank you
What's going on, we turned our clocks back three weeks ago. I am not dreaming this, my computer and phone both "fell back" one hour then.
Maybe you computer is set for European Day light saving.
I loved DST, especially when I was working, but I'm kind of old school. I prefer the original rules, changing on the last Sunday in April and the last Sunday in October. This was a good balance; six months on and six months off.
Exactly. 6 months make sense. Plus, the trick or treaters now have to go out later to trick or treat. Most of them dont want to go trick or treat during the day.
y’all talking about “nature’s time” as though the very concept of time itself is not a human invention. dst is simply proof of that. truly, it doesn’t matter.
