Does Canada change clocks on the same day as the United States?
Some parts of Canada still change their clocks on the same schedule as the United States. However, provinces and territories set their own time rules, and several of them stopped changing clocks in 2026.
British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and the Northwest Territories will not turn their clocks back on November 1, 2026. Yukon and Saskatchewan also use one time year-round.
Other parts of Canada, including most of Ontario and Quebec and the Atlantic provinces, continue to observe seasonal time changes.

Let's go back to standard time and leave it there for obvious reasons. Less accidents when we spring forward and less emotional and mental stress.
This is a relic from another time! It really made no sense then, and makes even less sense now! Either you turn on the lights in the am, or in the pm. Using the same amt of power anyway. Pick one , and stay there! This is one of the few times when I will say .....
STOP THE CHANGE!!!!!
"Daylighr savings time". Ha! Should be referred to as daylight shifting time. It's an illusion. Daylight has been increasing since December and will continue until June. No more time change. Leave it on natural time.
Yes, I agree with Jan.
It's a pain in the "you know what".
AZ and HI have been surviving just fine without the inconvenience of the clock changing nonsense twice a year.
Leave it the same all year
I live in Arizona and it’s a real pain not having daylight saving time like everyone else. I have friends and family who do not live in AZ and it’s hard to remember what time it is where they live. I hate that AZ is different. Everyone should follow the same rules!
DST forever
My only complaint is the extreme heat of the summer lingering at 8:00-8:30 because the sun still has to set....would much rather the sun set naturally!
Make the change 1/2 hour, meet in the middle and then leave it be!
PLEASE EITHER LEAVE IT ONE WAY OR THE OTHER FOREVER!
