I came up with this on a whim … simply curious to try something different to break up the monotony of basic ground beef recipes. The brown sugar/Worcestershire sauce blend creates a unique tangy flavor.
Brown the beef in oil and Worcestershire sauce. Add brown sugar and spices, and then simmer for 10 minutes. Add the onions, peppers and simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes. Add the rice and stir until well mixed. Put the mixture into lettuce cups and serve.
