If you are looking for something different to break up the monotony of basic ground beef recipes, try these Beef and Rice Lettuce Cups. The brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce blend to create a unique, tangy flavor.

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
pinch of garlic powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste (optional)
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup cooked rice
butter lettuce, separated into leaves

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the beef with Worcestershire sauce. Add brown sugar and spices, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add peppers and onions and simmer for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Add rice and stir until well mixed. Put beef mixture into lettuce cups and serve.
