I work on a community college campus with a bird's eye view of our flag pole. We just observed one of our security guards adjusting the flag and at one point it touched the ground. Of course we all gasped... Did something bad just happen? Should he have removed and replaced the flag? I will say normally this is done with several security guards helping. He was alone bless his heart.
