How to Properly Display the American Flag

Is it ok to change the colors of the flag to rainbow stripes or black stripes?
Is the president of United States the only one that can order the flag at half mast
I have been told that the U.S. Flag should be displayed behind and on the right of a speaker if elevated and on the left of the speaker if displayed from the floor.
We are a global company, about to have a non-US owner. In the past we had three flags in front of the headquarters. One US, one WI and one the Bemis logo. Now we will have one amcor (new owner) and two US flags. May we have the two outside flags be higher and use the US flags, and the amcor flag in the center a bit lower? A swift response is appreciated, we will be placing the flags tomorrow morning. Thank you!
The American flag should always be presented in the center and the highest. My recommendation would be to put the American Flag in the center, company flag on left and state flag on the right. If the company does not want a state flag, display 2 company flags, one on each side of the American flag, in a lower position than the American flag.
Do other flags get raised on the same staff as the American flag. Point in question the gay pride flag. What othe flags if any are raised on the same staff as the American flag.
