If windy, the flag will sometimes touch the gutter on the house, is this OK?
On our town square we have "streetlights" but the flagpole holders are facing the buildings and not out towards the street. To me this looks totally wrong. Some even contact buildings if the wind is blowing right. I tried to get them removed last year to no avail but I'm gathering more evidence this year.
Is there a proper amount of time to leave a flag at a cemetery when it is put there for Veteran's Day?
I have a very old flag that has never been flown outside. Due to its age the white has become slightly yellowed. Can I still fly it in public and can I have it dry-cleaned?
What is the proper size flag to display from an 18' lighted pole?
