How to Properly Display the American Flag
More Like This
It is wrong to do this. Read rules for displaying the American Flag.
Where are the field of stars on a shoulder patch
The field of stars is always facing forward. The right sleeve patch is sometimes called the backward flag but it is the correct display.
When wearing a flag on a shoulder, or displaying a sticker on a vehicle, the union (stars) should always be in the front of the direction of travel. In other words the flag should be displayed so that it looks like the flag is flying from a staff when the person or vehicle is moving. The union should never be in the back as this would show the flag in retreat.
Display where stars are closest to the heart.
Can i post a photo of the flag if it is flying to the left insted of right so it appears backward?
