Makes 2 pints.
1 egg white
1 tablespoon cold water
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon each cinnamon, cloves, allspice, nutmeg, and mace
2 cups walnut halves (or other nut of preference)
2 cups pecan halves (or other nut of preference)

Absolutely killer. Of all we made for Thanksgiving, this was hands down the fave. Easy to put together. Make a few days before serving to allow the coating to dry out and set. Really good.
Just made these using ingredients listed except for the mace and I reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup, added 1/4 tsp of red pepper and extra cup of almonds. The taste is great, however the consistency was more like sticky candy brittle. I believe one egg white and one tablespoon of water would have been plenty of liquid.
