Just wondering. When you put this in a pan, is there a lot of grease?
Hi, Susan. Much like most meatloaf recipes, yes, this one will produce grease from the meats. If this is objectionable, there are special meatloaf pans that you can buy that help to keep the grease away from the meat by draining it underneath the loaf.

So when did sausage start being an ingredient for meat loaf? Ruins the taste.
I didn't know that there was a hard and fast rule as to what was allowed in meat loaf. I wouldn't want the food police catching me putting cinnamon in my chili or shredded carrots in my spaghetti sauce!!!
