Bacon Topping


6 slices Applewood smoked bacon


Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Preheat grill to medium-high.

Arrange bacon in single layer on baking sheet. Cook in oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until brown and crispy.

Relish & Mayonnaise



Makes 12 sliders.

keep it simple

use the best meat you can but from a butcher shop not the supermarket and you wont need 10 toppings. A slice of onion and good dill pickles (no polysorbate 80 in them) mustard and catsup (you can use cheese but I dont)
