Chicken Parmesan


4 chicken breasts
2 eggs
2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce


Cut up the chicken into strips and set aside. Whip together 2 eggs and salt and pepper. Mix seasoned bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese. Take the chicken strips and dip in the egg mixture and then roll in the bread crumb mixture and repeat again in the egg mixture and back in the bread crumb mixture. Place in a greased 9x13-inch pan.

Bake in a moderate oven at 360 degrees F/ 180 degrees C for 1 hour, or until the chicken is tender.

Serve with the dipping sauce mixture.
