1 cup water or coconut water
1 cup spinach
2 cups ripe fruit of choice (try bananas, pineapple, blueberries, avocado, apples, kiwifruit, etc.)
Add water and spinach to blender and process until smooth. Add fruit and process again. For a cold, creamier smoothie, use part frozen fruit.
